FenceLinks Pricing
FenceLinks pricing is built for small fence companies — most with fewer than 15 people on the whole team. No per-seat charges as the team grows, no tier maze, and every feature included from day one.
Built for fence companies, by a Fence Guy.
Straightforward Pricing
FenceLinks pricing is built for small fence companies: no per-seat charges as the team grows, no tier maze. Every account starts with a 30-Day Free Trial — card required, $0 charged until your trial ends.
$150 /month
Flat rate for the whole company — owners, office, sales, project managers, accounting, and installers.
$125 /month
For early fence companies joining while FenceLinks grows: founding pricing, locked in for good.
Pricing and company fit are covered in plain language during the live demo — including which setup option makes sense for a given operation.
How the Trial Works
The trial is the full FenceLinks — every feature, unlimited users — so a company can judge it on real jobs, not a demo sandbox.
Sign up with a card on file and pay nothing. The card simply holds the account open; $0 is charged for the whole 30 days.
We email a reminder on day 23 and again on day 29, before any charge exists — no surprise renewals, no quiet fine print.
Cancel before day 30 and you are never charged. Stay, and the subscription begins automatically at your chosen plan — $150/month, or $1,800/year on annual prepay with the $750 setup fee waived.

FenceLinks is designed for small fence companies — the kind where the owner may also sell, the office is one or two people, and crews need information without phone tag. Unlimited users means growing companies are not penalized for adding staff.
Yes — bring the tools already in use. In FenceLinks settings under Admin → Integrations, a company adds its own QuickBooks Online account and registers its own merchant services provider — QuickBooks Payments, Stripe, Square, or another provider — with no forced switch to a house provider. Live syncing and in-CRM card charging are not yet enabled. FenceLinks also tracks invoices and payment status on the job record, so balances stay visible in one place.
